During today's easy one hour run I ran 7.07 miles averaging 8:30/mile.
Hope you all have good craic today. Raise a few Arthurs, or pints o' plain if you please.

Hi Jeff - it's Ruth Ann. I am delighted to know that you are such an avid runner! I too am training for an April marathon. I am freaked out by your endless climbs. Thinking about trying one... Keep up the great work!
Hey Ruth Ann. Congrats on the marathon in April. Which one are you running? You still in the Chicago area? If your marathon course is hilly, I would recommend throwing in some hill repeats.
